All email notifications will be sent to the email designated while creating your ADEA DHCAS account. Applicants are responsible for checking this email regularly throughout the admissions process. Appeals for missing a deadline will not be considered.
Common application mistakes include not filling out verification forms completely (i.e., missing the total number of hours and start or end dates), missing signatures, not uploading proof of credentials, and applications not being verified by ADEA DHCAS.
Transcripts
(required, Phase I)
Applicants must submit official transcripts from all colleges attended, including 抖阴福利导航, directly to ADEA DHCAS.

Prior to applying, applicants should send transcripts from other institutions to 抖阴福利导航 for an official evaluation.
- Student Records will evaluate lower-division collegiate coursework. Upper-division coursework is evaluated upon request. We do not recommend you ask Student Records to evaluate all your upper-division coursework, just the courses you intend to use as prerequisites for the Dental Hygiene program.
When to send transcripts
Transcripts should be sent no later than two weeks before the application deadline. ADEA DHCAS takes 7-10 business days to post transcripts, and transcripts must be posted prior to the application deadline. See .
