Week 6 homework (October 26 to 29, 2026)
±·´Ç³Ù±ð:ÌýÌýPlease try to finish the homework before the next class. You don’t need to send it to me because we usually talk about the answers in class. Also, when you finish the homework & prepare for class, it helps me decide if you will be ready for the expectations of Level 4 or not.
Homework from class Monday, October 26, 2026:Â
1. Listening/dictation: Listen to the questions in Exercise H (audio link below) and write the questions in your notebook, like a dictation.  <– Click here.
2. Workbook pages 28 & 29, Exercises C to F. Try the exercises. You can complete them in your workbook, or, for extra writing practice, copy them into your notebook. We’ll check your answers in class on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

Complete the exercise on the handout, or, for extra writing practice, copy the correct sentences into your notebook. Example for #1: Right now, my brother is watching TV in the living room.  We’ll check your answers in class on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.

1. Student Book page 72, Exercise A. Complete the exercise in your book, or, for extra writing practice, copy the sentences into your notebook. We’ll check your answers in class on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
2. Student Book page 79, Exercise C. Find and correct the mistakes in each sentence. Then copy the correct sentences into your notebook.  We’ll check your answers in class on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
Homework from class Thursday, October 29, 2026:Â
1. Listening: Student Book page 74, Exercises A, B & C. Think about the pictures in Exercise A. (<– click here.) Then try Exercise C. We’ll check your answers in class on Monday, November 2, 2026.
2. Reading: (<– Click here for the audio.) Read and listen to the information about technology addiction. Circle words that are new to you or that you want to remember. Think about the information. Does this information apply to anyone you know? We’ll talk about this in class on Monday, November 2, 2026.
3. Grammar: Student Book page 71, the blue boxes. Read the blue grammar boxes about the different “Who” questions. Try Exercise A.  We’ll talk about this in class next week.
4. Practice the  <– Click here for the handout I gave you in class. Practice with a friend or family member. Try to answer the questions without looking at the answers.
5. Copy your paragraph about My Favorite Place on to another paper, in pen and skip lines, to give to me on Monday.
