Early Learning Works
Early Learning Works provides coaching, work-based learning, and career support for people who want to get started or advance in a career in early childhood education in Multnomah County. Participants receive individualized career coaching and hands-on experience while exploring opportunities in the early learning field. Participants may receive tuition assistance, job search support, and access to work-based learning opportunities that help them build skills and gain experience in the early learning field. Working together, we help participants build skills, gain experience, and take the next step toward a rewarding career in early childhood education.
