Rules and eligibility

To enter into the Drive2Thrive prize drawings, participants must review and agree to the rules below.

Eligibility requirements

Participants must meet the following criteria:

• Be enrolled in at least 6 credits at ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ at the time of the drawing
• Be in good academic standing (2.0 GPA or higher)
• Be in good disciplinary standing with the Office of Student Conduct
• ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ employees whose primary role is employee (e.g., full-time staff, faculty, management) are not eligible. Student employees are eligible if their primary role at ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ is student. Primary role is determined by PSEC classification. Students working fewer than 20 hours/week as student employees are considered eligible.

Participation guidelines

• Point values for eligible activities will be published at the beginning of each term. ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ reserves the right to modify the point system with reasonable notice.
• Points will be awarded in the current term only. Students can not receive points for previously completed activities.
• Students may not share points with other students.
• Students may not submit points for events they have not attended.
• Students may not submit points for other students.
• Students are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their point totals in PantherHub throughout the term. All point totals are considered final as of the last day of the term, unless a discrepancy is reported in writing within seven days. Documentation may be required to support any appeal.
• ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes has violated the rules, submitted false information, or engaged in dishonest behavior.
• If you are aware of any students attempting to cheat or misrepresent their participation or point values, please submit a report through the complaints and feedback form.

Prize drawings and tax disclaimers

• Prize value may be taxable; winners are responsible for applicable taxes. ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued over $600.
• Where required by law, winners must provide a valid Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting.
• Prizes cannot be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law or permitted by ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ in its absolute and sole discretion.
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
