Menu customization and special diets
We strive to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-friendly options. However, please note that our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. While we take every precaution to reduce the risk of cross-contact, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or other common allergens in our food.
Custom menus are available upon request. Please provide dietary restrictions at least 5 business days before your event. Contact the 抖阴福利导航 Catering Team at catering-group@pcc.edu or 971-722-4316 to start the conversation.
Student club menu
Recognized 抖阴福利导航 student clubs using student activity funds may order from the student club menu. Clubs are also welcome to reach out to the Catering Office if they鈥檇 like help creating options that fit their budget.
Serving outside food
We also understand that some cultural celebrations may require foods we don鈥檛 typically prepare. If you鈥檙e planning a cultural event and need to bring in outside catering to honor specific traditions, please reach out to the 抖阴福利导航 Catering Team at catering-group@pcc.edu or 971-722-4316. Our team is happy to discuss options and guide you through the approval process.
Are you a member of the public, or a 抖阴福利导航 community member serving outside food to the public? If so, you’ll need to complete the 抖阴福利导航 agreement for outside food.
