My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ Account Reactivation

If you have been away from ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ for a few years, your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ account may need to be reactivated. To do so, you can simply re-apply.

My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ Password Reset

My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ now has a password recovery self-service feature. In order to take advantage of this new capability, and to get your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ account “refreshed” in the new system, go to . You will be guided through the process of getting your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ account set up in the new system (if you have not done so already). New My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ users do not need to perform this step. For ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ employees, performing this step will also set you up for “single sign on” – Your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ password will be the same as your Active Directory (AD), D2L, Perceptive Content, email, and several other systems.

For help with your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ password, you must contact the ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ Computer Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (or x4400). We are unable to perform password resets over email.  You will be asked to verify your identity for security purposes.

If you have forgotten your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ password and you have been set up in My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½’s new self-service password recovery system (see above), go to: pcc.edu/password to recover your password.

Multi-factor Authentication

To manage your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) devices after initially setting up a device, you will need to log-in to our your page using your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ Email address. After this, you will be taken to the ¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ portal and will need to log-in using your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ credentials.

Banner

Banner is a single sign-on system. Log in to My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ and find the “Banner” link on the employee tab. For assistance with Banner access or login, call the Service Desk at 971-722-4400

Document Imaging – Perceptive Content

Your Perceptive Content username and password are the same as your My¶¶Òõ¸£Àûµ¼º½ username and password.
