At 抖阴福利导航 Information Technology, we are continually looking for ways to improve your support experience. That鈥檚 why we are thrilled to announce the official launch of our new , powered by Freshservice!
What is Freshservice?
Freshservice is a modern, intuitive, and cloud-based platform designed to make getting IT help easier and faster than ever before. Whether you are a student trying to access campus Wi-Fi, a faculty member needing classroom tech support, or a staff member requesting software, our new Support Portal will be your new one-stop shop for all things IT.
What does this mean for you?
We have designed this transition to be as smooth as possible. You can still email the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@pcc.edu, and your request will automatically be routed into the new system.
However, to get the most out of the new features, we highly encourage you to log in, explore the new portal, and bookmark it for future use!
