Operating at the intersection of business needs and community access, we partner with business and connect adult learners with short-term, stackable credentials, rapid re-skilling, and wraparound supports. By leveraging public and philanthropic grants ($8.2M annually), we build direct pathways into living-wage careers while equipping local industry with a competitive, job-ready talent pipeline.
