Construction Milestone Event at Rock Creek on March 15

Construction continues beam by beam at Building 7. There will be聽plenty to look at when students, faculty, staff and invited guests gather on campus聽for the “steel column signing” celebration.
On Friday, March 15, the聽Rock Creek 聽Campus聽will celebrate an important moment in our history. Beginning at 10 a.m., event guests will gather under a tent in front of what will eventually be the main entrance to an聽expanded and significantly enhanced Building 7. All are invited to celebrate, share refreshments, and聽sign a steel column that will be part of the structural bones of the new building.
This event is an opportunity to acknowledge the important milestone of the steel structure going up. 聽It is also a time to thank and聽acknowledge the many 抖阴福利导航 students, faculty and staff who have given their time and energy throughout the vision and design phases of the project; the dozens of people who are responsible for the actual construction of Building 7; and finally to our colleagues who call Building 7 home鈥攖hanking them for their enthusiasm and patience.
