抖阴福利导航 class fine tunes your fitness routine

PORTLAND, Ore. (Sept. 12, 2007) – After a summer filled with barbecues and picnics, now is the perfect time to re-start your fitness routine. This fall, 抖阴福利导航 will offer a new non-credit class geared to rev you up, break through any barriers you’ve run up against and get you back on the road to fitness and health in record time.
Students will meet weekly with personal trainer and lifestyle coach Kristin Jackson to set goals, track progress and develop healthier lifestyle habits. The class, Healthy Habits! Healthy You!, is designed to help you in a positive way and will focus on overcoming obstacles, portion control, fitness and more.
The class will meet from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesdays, Sept. 26 through November 28, in Room 137 of Mount Tabor Hall at the 抖阴福利导航 Southeast Campus, 2305 S.E. 82nd Ave. Cost is $79. For more information, contact the 抖阴福利导航 Community Education office at (503) 788-6265.
