Using evidence-based principles of equitable and effective undergraduate STEM teaching, participants will engage with synchronous collaboration tools for study and implementation planning. These Principles are from Phase I of the National Academy of Science draft report: “Equitable and Effective Teaching in Undergraduate STEM Education: A Framework for Institutions, Educators and Disciplines.” Participants are encouraged to read Chapter 2 of the draft report prior to the session.
