Summary

The jigsaw is a common and effective technique to encourage collaborative learning. It accommodates a wide range of lessons and learners, and can be adapted for different disciplines. In this session, participants experience a “juiced up” version of this activity that provides additional structure and purpose to promote higher engagement and deeper analysis. The result is increased student-student and student-teacher interactions, whether face-to-face or remote.
